  • The successful granting and defense of an award for a unique online waging system bidded by Pronosticos para la Asistencia Pública in a contract valued in the aggregate amount of US$900 million.
  • Represented a U.S. bank in the refinancing of a loan and securitization for the acquisition of helicopters. Amount: US$31.7 million.
  • Assisted a U.S. investment bank in the finance and securitization scheme for the acquisition of a real estate property located in Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur, Mexico. Amount of transaction US$65 million.
  • Represented a Mexican subsidiary of a French bank in structuring and implementing a new financing scheme for the State of Guerrero.
  • Represented a Mexican subsidiary of a U.K. company in the refinancing of US$118 million.
  • Over US$4 billion public bid processes, both advising bidders and the bidding entities.
  • The successful restructuring of the entire fleet of two major airline carriers in Mexico.
