Reuben Rosof has extensive experience representing lenders, borrowers, and corporate trustees on financial transactions. He also has significant experience advising clients in connection with real estate and other business transactions and matters.

Lender Representation

• Mr. Rosof has represented financial institutions in a variety of transactions including workouts and restructurings, asset-based loans (involving varied types of collateral), unsecured loans, lot development loans, construction loans, permanent loans, syndicated loans, acquisition loans, letters of credit as credit enhancement for bonds, and the purchase of bonds secured by real estate.

Borrower Representation

• Mr. Rosof has represented publicly traded and privately-held corporations on numerous financing transactions.

General Business Transactions

• Mr. Rosof has also represented clients in a variety of areas such as leasing; real estate purchases, sales and development; purchases and sales of businesses; settlement of disputes; and computer software consulting.
