Wayne A. Yaffee concentrates his real estate practice in finance and other commercial transactions. Mr. Yaffee represents numerous financial institutions and other entities in connection with real estate, commercial and corporate financings and other business transactions.

Mr. Yaffee has represented money center and mid-size domestic and foreign financial institution, as agent in syndicated financings of public companies. He has represented money center and mid-size domestic and foreign financial institutions in real estate construction financing of all types, including tax credit and office buildings, retail and multifamily projects. Also, he represents banking institutions in asset-based commercial transactions and bond financings.
