Oscar Garcia-Isita is an associate in the corporate, international, Latin America and Mexican practice areas, with expertise negotiating cross-border mergers and acquisitions. He also has significant experience in real estate and foreign investment transactions, with special emphasis on the retail, healthcare and food & beverage industries.

Prior to joining Gardere, Arena y Asociados, S.C., Mr. Garcia-Isita served as legal counsel for GE Healthcare Mexico. From 2010 to 2011, he worked as a foreign associate in the Dallas and Houston offices of Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP. Mr. Garcia-Isita is fluent in English and Spanish, and basic comprehension skills in Portuguese.
